Each AI grading consumes 1 credit per paper. If your team has no credits left, launching new gradings is blocked.
What gets blocked
You can no longer launch AI grading on new papers.
Already-graded papers remain accessible as usual: you can still view, edit, and export them.
Importing and splitting papers remains possible, since they don't consume credits; only grading itself is blocked.
How to resolve it
To keep grading new papers, your team needs additional credits. Depending on your situation, this may mean topping up credits or switching to a plan that includes more credits.
Good to know
If you're part of a school account, a lack of credits affects the whole team: check overall usage with your colleagues before launching a grading run, especially during peak periods (end of term, mock exams).
