Invitation steps
From your team settings, open the section dedicated to inviting colleagues.
Enter the professional email address of the person you want to invite.
Send the invitation: your colleague receives an email to join the team.
Once the invitation is accepted, your colleague gets access to the same workspace as you.
What an invited colleague shares
A colleague invited to your school account shares:
The same team workspace, with access to exams created within that team.
The same pool of grading credits.
The same plan (standard or Plus).
Good to know
Inviting a colleague doesn't create a separate account for them: they join your existing team directly. Make sure that sharing exams and credits within a common team fits your organization before sending the invitation.
